SDS Tunnel Jet Fan Safety Status Online Monitoring System

1.1 Overview

To meet the requirements of intelligent operation, it is necessary to adopt an online intelligent diagnosis and warning system for fans, which can achieve the purpose of intelligent operation. Based on the data collected by vibration sensors, static displacement sensors, current sensors, etc. installed in the tunnel jet fan, the operating conditions and hidden dangers of the fan can be monitored in real time. It has functions such as automatic inspection, maintenance reminder, threshold warning, fault cause analysis, diagnosis and warning push. Real time monitoring of fan operation efficiency through an online intelligent diagnosis and warning system, improving fan operation efficiency, reducing maintenance costs for inspection personnel, reducing costs and increasing profits, and ensuring safe operation of fans.
