Through careful design, calculation and repeated tests of a large number of models and physical fans, the DTF series of axial flow fans for tunnels have been developed, improved and completed.

DTF series tunnel axial flow fan has been identified by domestic authoritative experts and a large number of domestic and foreign users have proved that the fan has high efficiency, low noise, compact structure, stable and reliable operation and other remarkable characteristics. The company has also introduced and specially developed pneumatic, electric and hydraulic moving blade adjustable device, to achieve the fan in operation can adjust the fan blade angle to adapt to different operating conditions of the new technology, while the development of anti-surge device new technology and high temperature measures, can adapt to the tunnel under specific conditions of a variety of use requirements.

This series of fans have 16 specifications, including 16#, 17#, 18#, 19#, 20#, 21#, 22#, 23#, 24#, 25#, 26#, 28#30#, 32#, 34# and 38#. The air volume is from 45000mh to 1500000 m3/h, and the maximum full pressure is 2800Pa. The blade angle is divided into two forms: static adjustment and dynamic adjustment, which can meet the needs of use under different working conditions.

DTF series fan features

● High efficiency: The fan uses the latest international aerospace pneumatic design technology, and has been verified by repeated tests and actual use of the model and physical fan. It has the remarkable characteristics of high efficiency and wide high efficiency area.

Low noise: from the maximum reduction of the tip and root eddy current loss to start, reduce the fan noise; by the authoritative expert identification, with the remarkable characteristics of low noise.

● wide use: the use of high protection level, high insulation level, wet heat type, high temperature resistant motor, and high strength aluminum alloy blade material and blade angle adjustment, so that the fan can not only be reliably used in tunnels, but also used in electric power, water conservancy dam, construction engineering and other ventilation systems and emergency fire smoke exhaust system.

● High strength: The fan impeller is made of international advanced die-casting technology or steel plate special welding structure, and the blades are made of high-strength aluminum alloy die-casting technology or high-strength steel welding technology. All impellers are tested by X-ray flaw detection and mechanical performance tests. The quality is reliable and has sufficient strength safety factor. Corresponding high temperature resistant technical measures are adopted under high temperature conditions to ensure safe operation.

● Compact structure: the design of fan static vane and guide device can shorten the length of fan casing as much as possible under the premise of ensuring the performance of the fan; Reasonable selection of fan vibration isolator through vibration isolation calculation can meet the requirements of subway, tunnel and other applications.

● Anti-surge: The fan is equipped with an anti-surge device to avoid the surge of the fan in the case of abnormal increase in system resistance, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the fan system when the resistance changes.

● Reliable operation: the fan impeller undergoes secondary dynamic balance: the hub dynamic balance when the blades are not installed and the impeller dynamic balance after the blades are installed, and the balance accuracy reaches ISOG2.5 (higher than the national standard 5.6 level); The whole machine has undergone mechanical performance tests, vibration tests and aerodynamic performance tests to ensure stable and reliable operation.

 

DTF series fan structure

The fan is composed of impeller, motor, casing, flow (guide) device, fixed bracket, vibration isolator and other components. Two forms of installation.

●Fan impeller: composed of hub and blade. The adjustment mode of blade angle can be divided into static adjustment and dynamic adjustment. Through static adjustment or dynamic adjustment, the blade angle can be adjusted in a larger range, so that the flow and pressure of the fan can adapt to different operating conditions.

● Fan matching motor: IP55(IP54) protection grade, H(F) insulation, damp heat type motor, motor bearing imported bearings, motor end fully enclosed. The junction box is installed outside the fan casing.

● Fan casing: high-precision spinning molding equipment is used to ensure the roundness of the fan casing, and the casing design ensures sufficient rigidity.

● Fan guide vane: using streamlined design, improve dynamic and static pressure conversion efficiency.

● Collector and deflector: streamlined design to improve fan efficiency.

● Static and dynamic adjustment of fan blade angle: both static and dynamic adjustment of fan blade angle can be used to adjust fan flow and pressure, where static adjustment refers to the adjustment of blade angle after shutdown; Dynamic adjustment refers to the adjustment of blade angle during operation.

● Anti-surge device: used to prevent the fan from surging in the case of abnormal increase in system resistance, so as to ensure the stable and safe operation of the fan.

● Fan vibration isolator: The vibration isolator is installed between the fan casing and the foundation to ensure that the dynamic load transferred to the foundation is only less than 10% of the fan dynamic load.

● Fan disassembly and maintenance: flexible connection is used between the fan and the pipeline, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. At the same time, flexible connection can prevent the transmission of fan vibration along the pipeline.
