Brief Introduction of 1. T35-11 (T40-11) Series Axial Flow Fan
T35-11 series axial flow fan is a new type of fan with improved design on the basis of 30-11. Compared with 30-11 fan, it has obvious advantages: ① the structure is more reasonable: the hub is circular and simple, the flow loss is reduced, and the blade root strength is high; ② the performance is greatly improved; The full pressure efficiency is 89.5, and the noise (than sound level a) is reduced by 3.6dB(A).
This series of fans are suitable for conveying non-explosive, non-corrosive and non-significant dust-free gases. The ambient temperature shall not exceed 60C. They are widely used for ventilation or strong heating in general factories, warehouses, offices and residences. They can also be installed in series at intervals in longer exhaust pipes to increase the pressure in the pipes. The casing can also be used as a free fan.
Anticorrosion axial flow fan (FT35-11 type) is made of anti-corrosion material glass fiber reinforced plastic. The motor adopts special anti-corrosion motor to transport corrosive gas and prevent sparks. It can also be produced into explosion-proof fan (explosion-proof motor) according to user requirements. The performance parameters and appearance of BT35-11-proof fan are the same as those of T35-11-type fan.
